Carrie LaPenta, Broker/Realtor & Property Manager is totally immersed in the world of real estate. For owners, Carrie creates customized, imaginative and persuasive campaigns to ensure quick occupancy with qualified tenants. For prospective renters she expertly selects only appropriate properties and qualifies the renter’s ability to pay based on credit scores, employment verification and income to debt ratio. Carrie researches the real estate market each day in order to present realistic options to her clients. Your rental property will be listed on MLS, realtor.com. By maintaining alliances with local realtors and through the MLS meetings she often finds early access to clients when they relocate to Fountain Hills and need housing until they purchase property here or sell their property back home. The typical long term rental is for 12 months. We are the go to property managers for Fountain Hills Realtors. Our office maintains a “Hot Rental Sheet” hand out for prospective renters each week that is distributed via email to a pre-established list of potential realtors and tenants. Carrie has been a resident of Fountain Hills since 1993, graduated from Fountain Hills High School 1995 and Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology. Her prior experience includes environmental cleanup, project design and implementation, geographic information systems and real estate sales and rentals.
Ginny LaPenta, Realtor/Property Manager, entered the real estate market after a 35 year corporate career in human resources with a concentration in strategic planning, contract negotiations and dispute resolution. Those skills are her greatest asset in bringing and keeping a real estate rental transaction together for the length of the lease. Renting your home at the highest price to a qualified tenant is her mission. Integrity, compassion and caring for people who are transitioning as they move to the next stage of their lives are the skills needed to provide smooth transitions for both owners and renters. We offer hassle free rentals by collecting the rent, paying pre-approved invoices and sending a net check to the owner. Also provided is repair maintenance with our own crew of cleaners, handymen, plumbers, air conditioning specialists and electricians.
